Resumen

Desde siempre, el hombre ha tenido la necesidad de comunicarse con los demás, no sólo a través de palabras, sino también por medio del lenguaje gráfico porque de este modo plasmaba sus vivencias. Esta necesidad siguió haciendo parte del ser humano y con el tiempo se comenzó a intentar recrear el movimiento por medio de las imágenes. Fue así como nació el cine  y con ello se abrieron paso los diferentes tipos de montaje creados por George Méliès y otros, quienes a través del corte lograron generar una ilusión óptica a los espectadores. El corte se convirtió en pieza clave para el desarrollo del cine del siglo XX. Después de la aparición del cine, mudo para el momento, surgió un elemento que cambió su sentido: El sonido. Desde un punto de vista histórico norteamericano, el primer producto cinematográfico que dejó de ser mudo y mezcló el audio con la imágen fue El cantante de jazz en 1927 de Alan Crosland. 

Ahora bien, el videoclip (clip de video) según el diccionario de La Real Academia Española es: “Cortometraje, generalmente musical, de secuencias breves y formalmente inconexas, usado con frecuencia en publicidad.” Usualmente, es utilizado por los artistas musicales para la creación de sus videos que circulan en Internet, en portales como Youtube y Vimeo. En la actualidad se conoce el videoloop como una forma de realización, donde la reiteración del corte genera ritmo y le da sentido al montaje.

Abstract

Always, the man has had the need to communicate with others, not only through words but also with graphic language, and through this embodied his experiences and culture. This necesity continued been part of the human and eventually began trying to recreate the movement through images. This way it was born the film and thus broke through the different types of mouthing created by George Méliès and others who that thanks of the cut they made an optical illusion to the audience. The short became key to the development of the twentieth-century cinema. After the advent of cinema, silent for the moment, there was an element that changed its meaning: The sound. From a historical viewpoint of the  U.S, the first film product that stopped being in silent and mixed the audio with the picture was The Jazz Singer in 1927 by Alan Crosland. 

Now, the video clip according to the dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy is: "Short film, usually musical, brief and formally unrelated sequences, often used in advertising."  Usually, it is used by music artists creating their videos that circulate on the Internet, on sites like YouTube and Vimeo. In the present it is known videoloop as one form of embodiment, where the repetition of the cut  generates rhythm and with that it gives meaning to montage.
